Imagine Cup

So we are starting to look over the concept of the 'Imagine Cup Challenge' which lets creative students attempt to create a masterpiece out of 8 different categories (Embedded Development, Game Development, Project Hoshimi, IT Challenge, Algorithm, Photography, Short Film and Interface Design). Short Film is the category that appeals most to me and after looking at the brief, I'm starting to get a few ideas flowing through my mind. I hope that we can use this category and that it's not solely the Game Development category (due to the nature of our course).

I've spoken to Ryan and he said he may be interested in doing some group work on this category as the challenge allows up to 4 people to work in a group although I don't know many other students in our class that would be interested, but I guess only time will tell. It sounds like good fun, and will definitely be good practice and portfolio work especially as my UCAS application was finally sent through yesterday. It's early days at the moment so there's not a great deal more I can say, but it sounds like there's a lot of potential so watch this space!
