Thank... God...
I was so close to abandoning the whole interactivity option on Flash. My project had reached 16,000 frames and I found out that's the maximum for Flash... I tried racking my brains around it for ages, but I couldn't work out what to do. Luckily, I found a thread on an internet forum with the same problem and discovered the way around this, is to put the video clips into seperate scenes, as you can only have 16,000 frames per scene, but as many scenes as you want. So now that I've worked that out, I've cracked the code on my project and I've got most of it coded now! That's much quicker than I anticipated, but I still have to do Bea's story, the ending and then the extras but I'd definitely say I've accomplished a lot today. I'm going to try and get Bea's story coded tonight and then possibly the rest tomorrow, but if everything goes this way then I'll definitely be able to screen it as planned for Sunday!
Let's hope the next post is a successful one.
