A few progressions on my new short film About Sixteen since I last posted...
Script and story were finished a few weeks ago so I've managed to spread the script out to many people and have people working on a soundtrack for the film as we speak. I also managed to get permission to shoot inside my university (a classroom and canteen), in a shop and am currently working on securing that for shooting on streets too.
Had some auditions on Weds for the roles of Ant, Lydia and Tyrone and all the parts are cast now! Will be an interesting experience to work with professional actors this time rather than trying to squeeze all the acting talent out of my friends.
Shooting starts this time next week, so I don't have a great deal of time to get the remaining preparation complete. Still very excited about this project, can definitely confirm that it's going to be a big step up from Blood Money!
