Had another intensive editing session last night from about 8pm until 3am (I think I must've spent nearly 100 hours on editing alone for this film...) and I'm so close to having the film finished. Exported it and watched it this morning and there were only about 2 minor faults that I could find, and that was some very picky colour correction. The ADR works fine and it's quite hard to notice now which has been a success. The only thing left to do now really is to get all the legalities sorted - just double checking all the music licencing and such. I completed the credits this morning but this is dependent on the legalities being finalised.
The actual film as far as I'm concerned, is now finished. I'll show it to my parents and some friends for any further criticism but I've watched every frame of the film so closely, I'm not sure if there's anything else I can do to it. I've never dedicated my life so much to a project and I'm determined for this to look professional and I'm hoping people will understand the amount of time, work and effort that has gone into this film! Won't be uploading it to Youtube until we've had the Film Premiere (so expect to see it online in January) but I hope to get a short trailer completed in a few days just to give you guys a little taster...
